NIFTY FUTURES (F & O):

Above 4850 level, expect short covering up to 4900-4902 zone and thereafter expect a jump up to 4950-4952 zone by non-stop.
Support at 4812 level. Below this level, selling may continue up to 4795-4797 zone by non-stop.
Below 4745-4747 zone, expect panic up to 4696-4698 zone by non-stop.
On Positive Side, cross above 4999-5001 zone can take it up to 5049-5051 zone by non-stop. Supply expected at around this zone and have caution.

Nifty fut 4922 is the trend decider at this moment if trades above 4922 then immediate target pegged is 4939 - 4955. Can expect selling at 4955 & further uptrend above 4955 only.immed support pegged at 4896 - 4888 - 4870, bulls will remain active till 4888 remains unbroken

NELCO: After the disapppointing first quarter results, the share had declined from Rs.125 to Rs.108. On Tuesday it sharply rose to Rs.118 but closed low at Rs.108. There was a newspaper report that an Italian co has taken Tata Power to the court as it feels the Govt did not follow the correct procedure in alloting an Rs.1000 Cr defence deal. Since NELCO is a subsidy of Tata Power and it is likely that the Strategic Electronic Divison of T Power is likely to be trasfered to NELCO and that makes Nelco a good buy.
