TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor that he termed as 20-20-20.' It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen.
I Thought I'd share it with you. 20-20-20

Step I :-
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.


Step II :-Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.


Step III :-
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

Jab 6300 gai kucchh hua kuchh nahi jab 2250 gai kuchh hua kuchh nahin:thumb:
ab bhi kuchh nahi hoga hope for a close above 5000:thumb:
buying 5100 call with 4900 put looks good noe but I am already on RIL call put so just waiting to book profit:clap:

Spot nifty 4982 is the last hope , stay long only if spot nifty remains firm above4982 . A minimum close above 4982 for spot nifty and a maximum close above 5008 for nifty futures is a must. Stop loss for longs should be placed below 4950 on closing basis.

Bro,

My point was different.
Now market is moving in very narrow range.
bull & Bears are fighting for 4970.
Some external trigger will help in taking in either direction.

Europe was avg 3.5% down on Friday which was much more than Asian market on Friday.

If it follows Asian trend then perhaps we will see fall below 4950
Or if there is any pull back then it will be beyond 5000
this is my guess (tukka)
hence looking for other members view before europe opens.
