US is a different story than ours. They have so much government deficit but still the world is ready to invest in them. They have 0% bank interest rate, we have 8-9%, yet people are willing to put their money in US treasuries. As long as the world is ready to suck up to US, they need not worry about their figures; whereas with India, everything is suspect. Yesterday I heard on TV that India is considered as the Golden Land for defence purchases !!
