Hi Bunny.

your views on this chart please.
Hi Shinchan, [GOLDTECH]
On the high volume up bars on 09 DEC 2009 and 07, 08 JAN 2010, we can see that there is hidden selling into the up bars. The last bar is also there in the same price range and likely to attract selling attention. The volume under the last daily bar(29 JAN 2010) is raising red flag.

My view is cautious, but more towards the bullish side. One will have to see if it is able to cross 40. One down day volume is what must be watched now.

Re: Maruti vsa

They will buy, because the herd will be eager to sell to them. Professional interests band together. They know the real situation because they can see many things that we cannot see. For ex: Before corporates announce their results, CFO or other director or high employees of various companies have a "meeting" with "some people" and the "cat is out from the bag".

These are created by the professionals by continuously marking up or down the prices.

Both are important Neither can be analyzed independently.
Thanks again Sir.
I think, now I have got some understanding.
In Maruti chart, the selling pressure has been reduced as per the last bar. Am I correct?
and now because selling pressure has reduced, that means that chances of buying effort are likely to come. Correct?
and If I am correct on both above, then we have to wait for confirmation in coming days. Please tell me, if I have understood is properly.

Thanks again.

Yes, we should see effort to move up bars. Something like wider spreads on higher volume. however, a lot of effort(volume) will also raise a red flag because it will indicate that supply is still present. Ideally, a few bars should be low volume rally because supply is lacking acutely. (The low volume rally pointed out in BIOCON chart)

Hi Bunny,

Being a traditional TA trader using price action, VSA comes as a refreshing new angle. Never paid too much attention to volume but slowly realizing their usage in TA.

Im attaching a daily chart of ABAN. The volumes were at these levels last in Aug 09 . What are views on this? I am long in feb series at 1228. Your thoughts on this are appreciated

Here are a few good stocks to invest where I believe the breakout has already happened towards the upside:
JSW Steel
Jindal SAW
IDBI
Punj LLoyds
Aditya Biral Nuvo
Aban
Unitech
Suzlon showing signs

Also watch out for:
JP Associate
Hindalco
Tata Communication
Tata Steel
Tata Motors
L&T
Dena Bank

Many thanks. I have bought quite a few of the above mentioned stocks today and on friday. You can see my post on thursday about going long on Aban and Aditya Birla Nuvo.
Forgot to mention Bajaj Hindustan but the upside maybe limited.
