Transaction charges - fraud

I am sharing my trading details for the trades done on 24/04/2012

I traded only in stock options/nifty options

Traded value 48392(Buy) + 47273(sell) and for these transanctions the charges are

TRANSACTION FEE 81.32
STAM DUTY Rs.: 1.91
STT Rs. 8.00

Are these charges are as per NSE Circular?
