Dear rajputz,
ohh no offense intention ....sorry if it feels like that.please just eloberate the bolded part...is if after break oh pivot if next bar 2/3 bars still arround 100+ we go for long...am right?
As i already told that CCI is momentum indicator. When the breakout occurs, trend changes on it, or is a continuation to one direction. And as you know that not all the breakouts occur in the same way. Some are smooth, going up point by point and some are massive. Before we can enter, they are already on top and we can end chasing up the trend.
Remeber i told in earlier post that CCI should be below 100 or -100 at the time of breakout. But if breakout is massive, and cci goes past 100 and -100 line, then it should be second or third bar. Not more then that. Cause that way we might catch te end of the breakout. IF CCI IS ABOVE 100 or -100 THEN IT SHOULD BE FIRST SECOND OR AT THE MAX THIRD BAR.
P.S. : - Bars are the histogram bars underneath cci colored gre, blue and red.
