We're putting the pedal to the medal on delivering.

Web will be out on beta this week. iOS will be out at the end of this month. A spanking new version of Keystone will be out in early June. We're pushing out new features every month on our products.

Here's a preview of web. And a look at our iOS platform here.

Everything is coming out under the Upstox banner. We have re-branded our Android application completely and are now doing the same for all of our upcoming apps.

First thing first. Congrats on the launch of new trading platform.

Good things:
I could able to log in quickly, it remembered my last uptox (mobile) settings scripts etc.
Felt reasonably light.
Aesthetically pleasing.

Other thoughts:
For me It is Alpha, nowhere near a state where it can be used for daytrading.
Though I am looking for a Desktop client, but that is you next step hence I am happy for this web client.
Just sent you my first crash report via chrome.

From a sea of required feedback from where I see it, here are my first few. If you incorporate these then I will take it further from here.

1. Add slow stoch indicator, that's one of the most popular one. How can you miss that. Agree this is a beta launch, but still.

2. Add volumes, again How can you miss that? Agree this is a beta launch, but still.

3. Add ability to scale indicators vertically. Else one can't able to see what is happening there. Not everyone got 32 inch 4k IPS Apple Monitors.

4. Ability to see two charts side by side.

This is definitely not kicking butt. Actually this is quite lame. Feels like just better fonts, colors, etc added on the NEST html 5 platform.
This is definitely not beta, currency quotes are not ticking, charts are hmm,.. but guess u r overhauling them. Was quite excited about this launch, but everything about this is underwhelming..
I hope the final version will feel much better than this.

I have one question though, if this is upstox pro, what is the non-pro version? Also if you are rebranding as upstox ( I am guessing the play is upstocks )would that mean you will stop offering commodity trading? Because I don't see MCX on this.

@Traderaid SirJi, RKSV NEST got a HTML 5 platform? didn't knew about that. Pls provide a link.

are you planning to support volume and tick charts ?

This rule is not set by RKSV but it is a legal requirement by the authorities overlooking trading rules. This is done to safeguard clients otherwise excessive positions can go against them at large in the form of investment liquidation.

I did not say that other brokers are not doing this violation. It is their prerogative to obey or not to obey.

There are brokers who go broke because of violations. There are brokers who allow Crude Oil major trading @ Rs. 2000 margin , is it legal, no , but it is done.

What I meant to say was that the stricter this policy is , its better for the clients who do not have knowledge of its after effects. If somebody trades heavily because of this facility then in adverse times this policy may play havoc for their portfolio.

You are a seasoned trader and therefore know the pros & cons. You may be able to handle things properly but it cannot be the case with many.

First of all congratulations for the new launch. :thumb:

On first look & spending about 30 minutes on the web platform , I got a good feel about the Upstox Pro. Certain things are well thought off like the one click scenarios.

As you say that Charts will be launched later with full potential so I will wait & watch, about them.

This is a positive step forward but I must add that as being your client I am expecting more in this package.

This is an initial feedback on the new baby !!
