Want to be a sub broker

Hi,

I am thinking of being a sub broker to some established brokers in stock markets (something like a franchise in my locality for the brokers).

I have absolutely no clue in what it takes to be one, what are the issues involved, the risks, the prospects...whatever.

I am a professional full time traders for the past couple years.

Anyone who has information/experiences in this..please share with me.
