This, we can Google for and read all what is shown there. An ocean is posted in Google and an ocean is posted in this forum about those topics. Explaining it again and again to newbies is not needed. It not even would help to recover his losses, as this would need knowledge about trading strategies and MM. There is not even one of the mentioned known in a basic way from the thread starter and you expect us to explain all that from the begin on again and again. The money is lost and it should be a motivation to start learning about trading and use the forum and all what is written here to its best. One year of learning and more is the time he has at least to spend to understand the basics on a good level. That is his work as all of us had to do it in this or the other way. Nothing personal, but even in trading people first have to learn and then do take money in there hands. People who not understand that will learn that. As simple as that.
