Which is the best service for RT data

Just a curious question. Is there any local requirement(legal or otherwise) to be complied with for use of real time data services such as esignal or quotecenter (other than the one which one has to accept at the time of subscription to these service providers) by individual investors?

pls throw some light on this aspect.
