New high after point 5, then what to do in this case?
try to redraw replacing 5 with 3 and check , if -ww exist we consider the latest one rtaher older one, this is what i do.

There was one more -ww before this -ww pattern with a target 5955 (although in this one, point 5 was JUST short but it met the target) and one more -ww was there after this one with a target 5950 (which never met).

Perhaps you missed those lines, now in bold above.

I may add that this is not full day chart, as my charting SW developed some snag and so I have to close it for the rest of the day and I have not yet backfilled it.
