Hi Prabit. We're experiencing connectivity issues with our charting servers for Kite. We're working on it and should be back online soon.

You are using Windows XP which is not even supported by Microsoft anymore. Additionally, you are using NOW which is not half as advanced as Kite or Pi. I understand that you want the best features for zero cost and it gives you complete entitlement to badmouth an entire business.

Maybe you should get yourself a new PC and move to new-age platforms like Kite or Pi instead of ranting on a forum without giving complete details of what is deficient at your end.

I have only seen problems crop up with new-age platforms (KITE in particular - also was the case on 9th May) while NOW has been trouble-free :rofl: :rofl:

So much for "you should get yourself a new PC and move to "new age" platforms :lol:

If you are facing ticking issue on Kite android, we have addressed the problem. Please go to Playstore and update the app.

kite is not showing daily chart properly for any instrument - stock/option. it opens up fine and then turns into just a small dash "-"

weird, works fine for me. Can you tell me an example of a stock chart u r seeing.

Make sure to update Pi by clicking on "Check for updates" and ensure that you have a 25/05/2016 release by clicking on "About Pi", both available under Help menu within Pi.

Yep, on our to do list, too many things on our table right now.

Please make the candle wick’s colour same as the colour of the candle ..

seems to be working fine now...just checked once while in office.
