Hi Zerodha its very difficult to transfer fund in NSE NOW. First transfer fund then i have to send screen shot to support then fund credited. Dose other broker also use the same process???

What ticket number ? You dont support / manage NOW ? Why dont you say it on your website in big block letters that "ZERODHA DOES NOT SUPPORT NOW PLATFORM" ?

An unusual thing happened just now with BO which will keep me on tenterhooks through rest of the session. I have written to them about it, let's see how it gets resolved.

I had placed a bracket order to buy Rcom futures @50.30 and it was executed, but I did not see the subsequent orders for stoploss and target. I called up your support and was told that those orders were CANCELLED. Now, the user can't cancel these orders from his end and it must've happened at your end. (Nest ORDER NO. 160805000175491, Exchange order no. 1200000005219241)

Then the lady in customer support generated an extra order to sell rcom futures @50.40 and that was executed too, but it was an MIS order. (Nest ORDER NO. 160805000181495, Exchange order No. 1200000005478744)

Now I have 2 open positions - 1 in BO, and 1 in MIS. A lot can happen during the day, so please close the above orders ASAP, and make sure that no loss occurs to me due to this. Also ensure that I am changed for 1 lot only, not 2.

I am attaching herewith the screenshots of both the orders.

same happen to me, i had placed sell BO order, my target is achieved but another leg (trailing SL) is still open. not able to cancel it. :annoyed:

call them, write to them, send them the screenshots etc.. make sure that the position does not go into loss.
