Is there anything wrong with calculation in 60 day challenge? In the morning I was in profit and today I took only profitable trades and it is now showing a big loss.
Could be pertaining to some accounts...I checked my account and it is ok...

While I am trading Silver Micro today I had placed SL-M order through PI I am observed that after Price got triggered order is converting in to Limit order not Market order.

If I am correct It should convert in to Market order. We may face huge loss if it converted in to limit order and price jumped 2 %.

Please clarify me If I am wrong.
when converting the limit order the limit should be very high number so indirectly market order. I also don't understand why this is done?

Nithin/Venu Sir,one query-
Sir,I am trading 2 lots Bhartiartel Fut with Zerodha.I’m basically a scalper.
Now,I want to trade 10 lots of Bhartiartel. My concern is about the order filling.

1)Will my all 10 lots be get executed at say long 10lots @ 351 and cover @ 352 and this I’m doing as a scalp which works fine with 2 lots, but will it work on 10 lots too?

2)How many lots of Bhartiairtel can a retail trader like me trade at a time?

Thanks

N.Bhardwaj
10 lots on bharti might be too big for scalping. I think 3 to 4 at max.

All market orders (normal market and SL-M) have market protection enabled to ensure placing market orders on illiquid scrips doesn't cause serious damage. Btw, this is not done by us, this is set by MCX itself. They convert all market orders into a limit order at a much higher price in case of buying and lower in case of selling.

What about Axisbank?Axisbank Fut also too big for scalping??

Bhartiairtel and Axisbank are among Nifty 50,so 10 lots order should get filled quickly.
