It's OK to admit there is a problem with NEST trader, but blaming it on ISP is really really bad. Even if Zerodha couldn't figure out the problem, its fine. But blaming the issue on ISP is not.
What is the user expected to do now. Everyone having this problem should change ISP? should i go to my ISP and show him this screenshot and tell him that the connection is not stable.
None of the other internet applications have any problems , but only NEST has a problem, so the issue must lie with ISP . What a great logic. Wonder what kind of people we have working at zerodha.

This happens few times a day almost every day. My internet is fine (MTNL btw). I think the problem is in NEST. I cant believe that the testing/dev team never noticed this.
Perhaps(Not sure), this problem is compounded if internet is being used by other applications like browser/Computer on same network. ( In any case my bandwidth should be enough for that)
Clicking on Refresh Broadcast fixes it usually. Else it reconnects within few minutes ( It should do that faster ? )
Despite best efforts by Zerodha, the problem is not yet over. I faced problem of similar nature in ZTrader yesterday. I was trading options and after buying/selling trade the net position window was not updating in real time even after invoking that window again to refresh. I had to log out 2-3 times and re-log in when I had some doubt about the balance daytrading positions.After log out and re-log in the position was showing correctly.But when we are scalping, log out and re-log in is not possible.
one of the worst day for me ...losses due to ZT terminal....my orders not see in order book ...trades not showing in trade book @%$#@* ITS NOW HORRIBLE TRADE WITH ZERODHA....FOR GAIN BROKERAGE WE ARE LOSSING ENTIRE TRADES DUE TO THEIR ONE OF THE WORST SOFTWARE IN INDUSTRY.THEY GIMMICKING WITH TRADERS....NUMBER OF RELOGIN...NUMBERS OF CALLS TO CANCEL ORDERS WHICH NOT SHOWING IN MY TERMINAL ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OHH...NOW ITS REALLY TIME TO SWITCH BACK TO OUR OLD BROKERS ....WITHOUT LOOKING THIER BROKERAGES.....NEWBIES BEWARE WITH ZERODHA'S ZT ...NEVER TOOK IT AS YOUR TERMINAL...YOU WILL BE MAD ...SURE..
Zerodha, similar problems, lots of members complaining, all from different cities and different internet connections, and different system configurations ...... do you still feel the problem lies with Us, Our ISP, and Our RAM ???
