Zerodha, apologies for blaming you, and sincere thanks too.

I did the ping exercise and do find that issues are related to my ISP.

Happened thrice today already.

I use Airtel broadband 8mbps line.

One of the other things which you can do is, open command prompt and type this : Ping -t www.google.com , run it through out the day, you will at the end of day see how many times your internet got disconnected.

When the internet get disconnected and comes back on press Shift +P and reconcile, don't need to logout and log back.

This what wise people will do. Fools like us keep on Cribbing.

We crib because we expect Zerodha to be the best. They have taken a lead and shown initiative for retail traders. They are like the AAP , but we now know how AAP is doing. But still there is hope , just like every retail trader out there , they also need to survive in the business.

May be they need some network specialist to look into these disconnection issues, but i m sure they are trying their best.

May be it's bad luck they made a deal with Omnesys, knowing how shitty their softwares are...

Well, this only proves further that NEST is designed to work with a dedicated leased line,because other brokers trading terminals don't have this issue. They work even when there is temporary & intermittent disconnections.

What now zerodha?. Do you recommend us to get dedicated leased line?

On ZT, i have set the refresh rate to 1sec, maybe if it is longer it will not show the disconnection/ reconnection process.

I am not from a software technical background, so just layman thoughts.

any idea y it happens to me? no timeout since starting

this is of local ISP works perfect no problems to other things no lags while online gaming , other broker's terminal , etc BTW i am on 1mbps plan :lol:

How is this related to a network parameter?
