The margin statements shows your unencumbered/free balance which could be used for margin reporting in case you have any position. For this,

T Day Credits are not considered (because Equity credit is realised on T+2 and F&O credit is realised on T+1)

T Day debits are considered the same day.

If a fund withdrawal is done on Friday at 5 PM, then will it come to the bank account on Saturday? By what time, if yes.

IF it is HDFC the same night on friday, but if it is other banks, depends on the time taken for NEFT by the bank, most likely by afternoon on saturday.
