Called their cusomer support several times. They tried to fix it temperorarily but again after sometime the error reappears. Perhaps this is due to their latest Nestplus upgrade to 1.8.0.0 .

Does anyone else facing the same problem?

@Candle - there's a puzzling problem with the network connectivity between Nest Plus and ZT which our technicians are working on incessantly. In the meantime, if you get the configuration error (not everybody gets it), please log off and login to ZT by unchecking the "Launch Plus" box.
Once logged into ZT, go to the Nest Plus* menu and login to Plus from there. Your username and password should be the same as your ZT login ID.

If this doesn't work, call us and we'll help you out.

Is the fund settlement cycle delayed due to some bank holiday? Are we likely to get the fund withdrawn on 31st March today? :)

HI,

Even, I sent a withdrawal request on 28th of March i.e last Friday and money has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I talked to Zerodha customer service yesterday, they told me they have made the transaction. But my Bank (ICICI) said they havent received any payment.

So today I asked for transaction ID from Zerodha for payment, but no reply back yet :(
 
Yep the 2 days of bank holiday, especially because it was after a Sat and sunday, has delayed it this time around.
Fine. Ya because we usually get funds within 24 hours. It took unusually a long time this time and then I saw that email of yours regarding the bank settlement, so thought of confirming.

Hopefully will get the fund by tomorrow, it has already been processed by you on Monday, 31st itself :)
