For people who have positions or want to take fresh ones, I think the orders are going through. I have only tried it with far out limit orders. So you can try that even if the prices aren't updating I think you will be able to trade. But try it for yourself to be sure.

Second that - they need to have more professionalism in handling and informing customers about problems and solutions.
