Guys,

There was issue with the exchange feeds, because of which the marketwatch was not ticking, but everything else was working , orders were able to be placed, cancelled, and modified.

Looking into why this happened, will get back on this shortly.
somebody had earlier suggested flashing a pop up message to convey such messages on terminal to keep everyone update !!!

small step to help customer.
I fully agree with comm4300 that Zerodha should inform first by Traderji, SMS, Email that Ordres and Trade having no problem, so they may square up there position.

At least we are expecting that after four year experience from Zerodha....

But they cannot do that , because then they will publicly have to admit there are major issues with ZT and that is something they cannot afford to do at this time.

Business as usual....

Is there any problem with the Back office updates, update is not happened even till 10 PM and I am unable to place the withdraw request. Everytime I call support, they tell me backend update happening and ask me to try after 30 minutes. This is happening from evening 6:30 PM to 10 PM...... Could you please give some clarity on this.....what time update happens and what is the cutoff time for placing withdraw request...

just a suggestion to the web SPAN calculator...... Its very simple now and easy to choose the scripts, futures and options...etc. But the irritant factor here is, one has to enter the lot size everytime........ and as far as I know most of the time its just one lot that we will be entering to check the margin.

So why don't you set one lot quantity as the default value for this so that it will be very useful for all and in case if anybody doing calculation for more than one lot, then they can change it accordingly.....

others, please share your thoughts on this suggestion..... thanks in advance..

Don't think there was an issue, but can you shoot your client ID to [email protected] and keep [email protected] in cc

Dear Zerodha,

Happy Ramnavmi. R u not agree that you need communicate when ever you have any problem in your software like yesterday ? I wonder that you ignore our message.

You can also use message service of Nest as you use on last day of expiry.
