Why in morning KITE not working for half hour?

What is the problem this time?

Somewhere they said KITE is handled completely by their own backend team. But again the same issue... They are far behind in technology.

I don't understand why they are not able to handle same issue again and again.
Let's see what they say this time if they reply.:annoyed:

I got reply from zerodha support that I have to update through zerodha Q or back office. But they will charge 50rs + tax...

why there are charges of updating the email address...?

hi zerodha,

when i draw lines on kite chart sometimes it stays even after logging out but sometimes it goes away just by refreshing the chart. how can i save the lines that i draw ? it is very irritiating to draw support resistance every time i reopen the chart or refresh it

hmm,I also received an email from IL&FS regarding FATCA.

Like many others,as soon as Zerodha opened their own demat service,I opened demat with Zerodha and IL&FS service automatically got disconnected(I sent a closure form).

now whats this FATCA from IL&FS? a FATKA on a middle class people :lol:

Ok,when are you going to deduct AMC(or Zerodha Demat is AMC free?).That'll be a fun if its Zero(Free).

So, has anybody sent this FATCA form yet? What is the "documentary evidence" we're supposed to send along with it if I'm an Indian resident?
