I am using NOW software on my system for equity trading. If I install Zerodha Trader for commodity trading, Is is possible to access both ? Kindly clarify.

Yes you can access both.. If the NOW you are using with Zerodha itself, i'd suggest you to migrate the equity also onto ZT so that you have only one terminal and the system performance will automatically go up. .

TARA jewels got listed today, but can't find it in Zerodha Trader. NSE scrip code is "TARA" but nothing with such name exists. STRANGE :annoyed:

Everytime a new scrip is added, you will have to click on download scrips to get any new scrip on the terminal..

I am trying to put a preferred email address for alert.

I choose a scrip >set security Alert > Email field is disabled.

Can you please enable it so that I can put a preferred email address to get alert....by default it shows only registered email id.


I remember ...In NOW , email address field was editable so you can put your preferred email id for receiving alert ...however in ZT I find this non editable.

do you have a solution to this issue ?

hey Z i had given an sl order of buy copperm with trigger 445 and price 445 at 9 ish last night,i had set an alert to my cell phone for the same too but today i got the a trade msg saying my order has been executed,but hasnt got an alert saying the price has crossed

SMS alerts are not available on the trading platform, you can set email alerts though..

My friends says, he has nothing to hide nor there is any other side of story. He always had sufficient amount in his trading account after paying margin money so as to meet MTM, nothing unusual happened before this incident.

He is ready to submit any detail, here in the thread itself, if any required by you.

Everytime a new scrip is added, you will have to click on download scrips to get any new scrip on the terminal..

Done that.... Deleted the scrip files and checked in on all the segments at the time of login. But it is not coming for NSE. For BSE it is coming.

Trading account open instantly but yet to get DEMATE a/c information.

When I contact your support staff they told me I cannot buy share on Delivery basis.

This is not fair.

You should allow us and keep delivery in your pool and when the Demate a/c open, you will transfer it.
