Zerodha, is there any problem on "Span Margin Calculator"? I am not able to calculate margin requirement on a calander spread.

It is working fine, can you try relaunching the platform..

Also when you are adding the contract on calculator, don't use the pending quantity,, Just use the net quantity..

My wife has a Trading+Demat a/c with you (& ILFS).

I want to know whether the ILFS demat a/c is also enabled for Commodity demat?

i have sent the mcx-sx activation form last week.
when i called customer care they said mcx-sx is activated in my account but trading is not possible now and you ppl didn't start providing mcx-sx trading.
Is this correct?

Also, how will i know from my side that mcx-sx is activated? When i login to back-office, in the homescreen, there is a list of exchanges with TICK in nse/nse fn0 but not in mcx-sx. Is that the place to check?

Please clarify.

Commodity demat is presently of no use.. Presently commodity demat is useful only if you are buying the e-gold and other such commodity on National Spot exchange.. Presently we are not members on this..

What you trade on MCX are futures and they have nothing to do with commodity demat..

There has been some issues with technology from SX end and hence the delay.. Should be live on thursday or friday.. Similar to how you see NSE, NFO etc, you will be able to see MCXSX eq and fo on trading platform and backoffice...

No You can not.
You can not use balance of one account for other segment.
If you want to use equity balance to commodity account, then first you have to ask for a "pay out" from equity account and then you have to "pay in" to commodity account.

Thanks for your reply. I feel this is Negative point in Ztrader. Already i am using ODIN in rkglobal. I can use NSE Trading A/C Balance for Commodity Trading.
