Hi Zerodha,
I see there are three links for 60 day challenge for Equity, Commodity and Currency added in the backoffice. I did not see any announcements. Anyway the links are not working. When I click, it pops up a window saying Access Restricted

you need to hire more people, your services are becoming pathetic....calling your office is a waste of time, no one ever picks...atleast you were replying the email, but now you have stopped replying....i sent you two mails 5 days back, yet i haven't hear anything from you...i simply started to get a feeling that i am associated with a government company who don't care about clients, atleast not anymore....may be in starting days but not anymore....trading is already hectic business and if i have to spent hours just reaching to you than ???????? If this is the only negative review you ever received than ignore me and my review but if it is not than just take care of the issue....I am associated with you from past 18 months, i hate to say i am not comfortable and happy from you guys right now....

any issues with Z5?

1. Once it opens, it seems active for a few mins, then connection timed out, nothing on the screen works. Have to logout and login again to make it work.
2. Not connecting at all after logging in again.

hi zerodha,
In now.exe 1.7 version i can open open OHLC chart and had no problem,but since i have updated to version 1.8 ohlc chart is all messed up.When i open it ,it constantly "blinks" and makes now.exe crash.i have tried updating java to latest version but the problem is still there.

As you know that the STT etc has been changed a little since 1st April 2013 (in Commodities), so I request you to change the online calculator accordingly too.

I am totally confused. RKSV is saying that new STT is applicable from June 2013. But I know that budget comes into effect from April 1, each year, i.e. from new financial year.

Someone please throw some light.

CTT w.e.f. date when Finance Bill 2013 is signed by President and notification in Official Gazette
STT w.e.f. 01/06/2013

So new STT and CTT rates will be applicable only from 1st June 2013
