You can most definitely call our office and ask our dealers to cancel any order you wish to cancel. You'd be happy to hear that we do not charge your for cancelling any order. In fact, we charge you only if the order was placed by our dealer and was executed at the exchange.
But you have charged me Rs. 44 as phone charge for an order i placed via phone? why is that? I called again to cancel the stop loss as the target was hit. Please explain?

Has anyone used NSE Mobile for Zerodha?

I am new to it. Its asking for Member ID and User ID. When I enter 13906 as member ID and R--- as user ID, its saying "Validation failed, please retry".

Can anyone tell me what is the member ID and user ID we have to enter.

Thanks.

If you get this message you can try two options:
1. Use UPPERCASE for entering the first two characters of your ID.
2. If that doesn't work, call the NOW helpline on 022-26567700 and they'll validate your ID for logging into the NOW mobile app.

@ Zerodha:

Under 60 days challenge, if a trader remains net profitable, the brokerage will be reversed back to his/her account. I just want to know whether the service tax that is taken on the brokerage will also get reversed?

1. Karnataka stamp duty of maximum Rs. 50/- is fixed for all segments. It is charged on per ECN basis.

2. Intraday EQ is more costly than FNO
how much is the Intraday FNO STT charge ? Is it 0.017% on the Sell Side ?

You know I don't want to do FNO intraday because lot size is quite big and sometimes requires high margin to trade.

However , In EQ intraday a user can trade as many share as they wish....even 1 share of Reliance .....right ?..also Zerodha is providing 10% leverage for EQ intraday....this looks good to me.

Regarding trade cost , I'm not yet sure how much is there difference.

I dont find Zerodha FNO Intraday calculator to compare same trade cost with EQ Intraday calculator.

Thanks

It is 0.017% for F&O on sell side for both Intraday and delivery.

If you want to avoid FNO because of higher lot size then you have no other option but to pay higher STT in intraday EQ.

There are no separate FNO Intraday calculator. What you see as Futures and options calculator in Zerodha website is applicable for both F&O intraday and positional.

Zerodha,

In one of your earlier post you mentioned that there will be something new put up in the backoffice to help return filing.

What is it ? How much progress has been done to that ?
