@ Trader j

I agree 100%:thumb:

In fact Zerodha should become an exchange like NSE/BSE we will have ZSE(Zerodha Stock Exchange) so that we are not charged transaction charges..Trader J will give all eligibility norms regarding money required net worth, security deposit etc.

Another Valuable suggestion Zerodha should form a political party and fight elections and form the next government of India so that STT is scrapped completely...Trader j please forward them the eligibility norms for it ..how many seats they need to win....and in case there is a hung parliament how many MPs they should be ready to purchase and what is the current rate of MPs...:clapping:

And please for God Sake do not increase your monthly trading bill by a big amount till then...hope ZERODHA is listening:D
We know you are a moron but are you hell bent on proving it every time you post. What is it with you?. Some psychosomatic disorder?. Why don't you take a break mate and give us one.

Everyone is having so much fun on the forum... Today, it's been double fun... Markets are slightly volatile and this thread has bouts of volatility in it. If we could bet who wins this one, it would be really cool. ;)

@Zerodha - Thank you for giving us a brokerage-free day today and on Friday for Currencies.

I completely agree with you. Some of the mods can be overbearing.IMHO some of the ' trash ' are around just to seek attention as basically they are losers with no life. One should at best ignore such low-life's but I get your point.Vermin,if not stepped upon, tend to multiply indiscriminately.
Actually, I did ignore him earlier if you'll look at page 439 or so onwards where he started posting & attacking everyone & giving out his "gyan" & at the time, others were pointing out his idiocy every step of the way anyway  so I didn't feel the need to post. Later, I'd posted this - http://www.traderji.com/brokers-trading-platforms/47790-zerodha-448.html#post589487 praising Zerodha for considering my suggestion of "0.01% or Rs.20/-" plan, & he realized that the "annoying guy" I'd mentioned in this post is him (so we know that he knows that he's an annoying idiot ) & then he started attacking me with baseless straw man arguments like he'd done with others & then the rest is history.....

And as you've acknowledged, such people, if allowed to run rampant, start thinking too much of themselves.....may be the reason he's acting so arrogantly is because everyone just says "jaane do, yaar" & moves on & ignores him & that's why he thinks that he's Warren Buffet or something, giving everyone "trading-gyan" & that he can go around insulting everyone without provoking retaliation.

By the way, I'd posted the wrong link in my earlier post. Here's my "Yellow-Carded post", in case you're wondering what the yellow-card looks like :D - http://www.traderji.com/brokers-trading-platforms/47790-zerodha-464.html#post591799

Who do you think you are to call anyone an idiot or trash?
The forum has standards of etiquette which everyone is expected to follow and abusing people is not tolerated.
Differences of opinion will happen, if you do not agree with any particular post then don't read it.

Mutual respect is expected to all, if you have been deliberately provoked then you can report the particular post to the mods for action against the poster.
There are no other excusable circumstances.

My heartiest request to all friends here:-

We can avoid such types of circumstances(heated argument etc) easily if we are little alert in replying during posting from starting.

Traders are fighter, they usually logical, act quickly and have higher self confidence and Ego too. It is more common to confront with each other in public trading forums.
Pls respect fellow traders here while replying, problem will be automatically solved.

Post some positive thought, valuable idea & some good advice to Zerodha or ask for any information.
Zerodha is already Motivated, we can make them Better together HERE .

Regards.

....the question is directed at Zerodha...why you are answering it....

it creates a doubt..do you want to impress them so that you trade at zero brokerage with international platform

Thanks. Definitely the query was for Zerodha.

I appreciate your though. Although Zerodha well wishers might not like that but I don't care. I don't have any respect for them too.

Don't forget that we pay Zerodha and its our right to get our query solved.

Why other people jumbled into? Because it is either they might have faced the same query before (if that (he/she) is genuine) or Zerodha might pay them to address the issue. It's not surprised :D

But I still expect Zerodha to address the issues.

Let me ask again if that in this case why STT is not included in the your web calculator for calculation of NF or Optiions/shares?

We understand that calculator is always for calculating the exact figures not approx.

So please don't misguide investors/traders if there is an error of STT in your calculator.

FIX IT

Is this STT error issue is same for delivery of shares too?

Hi,

All orders that are placed on the exchange is removed from the cache memory at the end of every day and hence you have to place the orders everyday....

It is already applicable on currency, for equities might take wednesday before it is done...

Cheers..
you sure it comes to effect from today?i dont think so.....

STT not included??? which brokerage calculator are you looking at??? Is the one on the main webpage??? www.zerodha.com??? , I think all the figures are right, can you double check???

There is nothing to misguide, the whole idea of giving a calculator is to keep the client informed...

Don't paint everyone in the same brush!!! We are trying to do the business differently... Drop by our office, if you guys ever have a chance.... You will see how different it is to any other broker in town....

Pay people to answer?? Come on buzz!!!

@everyone!!! let's take it easy on calling each other names and etc.... There is so much value we all can add to each other rather than waste time belittling each other....

Let's find ways to help each other out...So let us all be at peace and prosper together...

Our sales pitch is on the website and there is nothing we are hiding...All those who think we are not the perfect fit for your trading style, continue doing business where it suits you... Please don't ***** about us for no particular reason....
