Now its back to square one. Nest trader is again getting the same message of updating the nest trader package for 2FA. zerodha web trade is working fine though.
All these issues will be fixed before the end of the day...

Basically, if you have answered the 2FA questions on webbased, exe is not workign and vice versa... It will be fixed and the payment gateway will be up in the next couple of hours...

Copy of my letter to Zerodha

Dear Sir
I logged in to Nest plus at 4 p.m. to study today so that I can gain confidence, transfer funds and trade next week
1.Logged with out problem in Nest plus and added gold mini to observe movements. What I found was no rates were available.Just black screen.I know trading time is 10 a.m-11p.m.
2.I went to Zerodha trader user information letter received, and clicked user manual. What unfolded was the NOW manual not commodity manual
3.Next went to Zerodha Web to log in .I was asked to answer two questions. .I tried thrice answering two questions each-all 5 questions asked and answered during nest plus installation. While there was no problem in opening the software, web refused to accept the answers and said to contact administrator.
It is laughable that I can't answer correctly questions like colour of my car, first vehicle used, first insurence co,birth place,e mail site.and each time time wrong answer.!?

I would suggest to tie all loose ends before going full blast,if a person used to your platform for a year ,down loaded and installed software cannot even log in and observe movements, what new persons would think of your set up.
Please take in right spirit and do the needful and guide us to trade smoothly.
Thanks

NOW for NSE is all fine. There are issues only with their new platform for commodities. People are happy coz Zerodha has been prompt in letting us know anything that happens.

Yesterday I tried logging in and faced issues, sent an e-mail, and I am waiting for dust to settle down. Let them take their time and solve all the issues. Rather than facing issues later, markets are always going to be there, less hassles always good. Am sure it would be of high priority for team Zerodha to get things up and running for commodities and their support is prompt by replying to the queries and updating the clients. Kudos to team Zerodha!!!

Is anybody facing issues with charting in Nest pulse... i am facing critical issue with Nest pulse while on trading hours.. The price in quotes and the chart are not matching.. some times it working reversely also.. Example : if price is moving up from 100 to 105 in quotes, the charts showing me downwards, the BAR is showing down 100 to 96. Because of this i was not able trade even having strategies... To say in one word..Over all Nest Pulse is a Showcase car having advance features in it and having no machine...:)

I suspect I'm not the first person to have been inspired by this thread to give Zerodha a shot. Their attitude seems refreshing. The tragic Indian brokerage model of having a less than competent "broker" harass you 3 times a day with sub standard advice, hoping to make a buck in the middle may finally be kicked out of the park by a more serious enterprise.

My only hope is that Zerodha focuses on two important aspects - trade execution and technical support and runs a million miles away from all the costly nonsense that the standard brokerage gets involved with.

My one other suggestion would be if Zerodha can tie up with Equis, Esignal or someone top notch in terms of integration with their software - that would be an outstanding value add. I know almost all serious traders agree that you simply can't use any platform in India as a one stop solution; the way you can use say Tradestation. We all use workarounds, but full (secured) integration is something that would be fantastic.

Hope you take care of whatever problem you've been facing with the s/w soon, and look forward to trading with Zerodha shortly..! Cheers.

As an Esignal user, I agree with the esignal integration part.
