why only restart our system?

restart our modem, mobile, TV, AC.
we should try to change our paint shirt also.
can't say na what can cause problem to NOW now.

if nothing works, we always can call our internet provider, and tell them to restart b/c NOW is not working.
Sure... let me know if the above works, if not we can always change the door, as who knows, the quotes flow may be stopping at the door itself.
You two made my mood today. hahahahaahaaaaaaa :rofl::rofl::rofl:

oh.. forget that one.... maybe wind is culprit it is taking away quotes or may be rain!?
 
NOW some times plays nice games, I shortened nifty future at 5028, NOW froze, web did'nt work, zerodha support says no one mentioned the problem it is working fine, try restart. Restarted , changed from TATA to Airtel could log in , found future at 5020

before squaring off want to check the nest chart but found nest not working. loggedout to loogin , big mistake

no joy till 1523 hrs or so when I could finally login only to find nifty future at 5029 raising to 5032, 35, dare not try for nest. did not square off , luckly or unluckly zerodha did not square off either, hoping like hell than market opens gap down

Hota hai.. bad days happen with everyone sometimes. Nobody's fault really.

I logged in at around 9AM. since then till 10:30AM NOW was running smoothly. Facing this problem between 10:30 to 10:55AM.

Now everything is normal again. My net is working fine, no doubt about this, coz, all websites are opening, as well as Sharekhan TT was also working then.
Yeah, NOW kept getting disconnected throughout the day, tried Tata and bharti both ISP's no use , gave trouble the whole day. :annoyed:
 
sanchin earlier when i used to call zerodha, some one promply picks up , now ihd to had to listen to you comtuter voice for option 1, option 2 , option 3

why can't you revert back to old ways, seriously people in trouble call you for option 3 (support )and don't want to waste time,

option 2( call & trade) is discouraged by you , so people call for this option when stuck with terminal and urgently need to get in touch,

option 1 (to open account) they don't need to be connected to the right sales team right way,( by the way what sales team will try to promote by using special skills, every thing is smae for all)

In view of the above, removal of the computer voice with its in between pauses will maintain you status of great support team intact.

by the way whose idea it was?
 
Customers dont need to wait for the voice prompt to finish they can directly press 1,2 or 3 since they already know the menu.

Voice prompts are helpful for new customers and avoid "greater" wastage of time taken up for manual transfer of calls. :)
