ITM & ATM Option strike prices will require same margin as required for Nifty Futures . OTM option strike prices require lower as the strike price goes deep into OTM.

PS : Regarding ZERODHA's offering regarding margin requirement some other member who is trading with ZERODHA will have to confirm.
