how can we place only stoploss order sir ji, say nifty is shorted on monday at the price of 5400 and on tuesday it value is 5300 say. how can i place sl order (means if i put limit buy order at 5350 it will get filled readily at 5300 itself).

kindly clarify if there is some way to deal this.

your stop loss in the above scenario has to be a buying stop loss... Choose nifty futures and click f1 or buy... In the drop down box you can see limit, market, SL....

After clicking buy, choose SL... after choosing SL , mention a trigger price(price at which your stop loss will get activated)... After mentioning trigger, give a limit price at which you want the order to be executed...

In the above example you can mention trigger at 5300 and limit at 5299... when nifty goes to 5300 your buy order of 5299 becomes active...

member ID: is 13906, user id is what you use to login and password is the same... try logging in, if it doesn't work, leave me a mail on india@zerodha, will check this out first thing monday morning.... Cheers..

In the above example you can mention trigger at 5300 and limit at 5299... when nifty goes to 5300 your buy order of 5299 becomes active...

I have an ac with ZERODHA,Their brokerage is Rs20 per executed trade,Eg: if i buy 2 lots,it will cost you Rs20 to buy ,and then if you sell 1 lot and then another it will cost you Rs20+20,ie a total of Rs60,their software form NSE called "NSE now"streams data directly from NSE server is what i was told,their software is very quick with an extremely low refresh rate,its the quickest i have seen so far.(I have tried Ventura 1-Pointer,Share Khan-TT,RK global-Odin diet),

Thanks for the review, the only thing that has to be corrected is the total of Rs 40 and not Rs 60...
