A lot of complaints about NOW these days... I'm sure they are taking it up with NSE and the software developers.

Meanwhile, try this :

Soak your computer in warm soap water for 30 minutes. Then hang it on clothesline to dry naturally. Make sure that the power is turned on all the time.

just now received call from zerodha to sort my problem out today itself....
Customer Service is extra-ordinary superb.

OS error problem, can not login with any of ISP.

I got call from Zerodha after my mail to them. Now does not work if machine date or time is ahead of some system time. I had my date changed to tomorrow.
I fixed it, now it works fine. As Now is realtime app, it works only if system time/date matches. Check out.

i just joined this site and have got my zerodha account activated today
i can login to the nowonline site with the ID and password,but the problem comes when i try to used the now software,it gives me an error,like

User cannot login,reasonisconnected from now software
can anyone help here?

Guys!! We were having trouble with our Phone lines in the morning, a lot of calls were getting dropped or not getting connected.. Fixed now, apparently some issue at the Bharti Airtel end...

About NOW, the issue was that the Bharti connectivity was having problems.. When you are loggin in, you get 2 options, tata and bharti... If anytime, you are having issues logging in with one, please use the other one...
