I am trading this system with some changes. Instead of points, I prefer percentages. So I have kept the target as 4% and SL as 0.7%. Also, I hedge the future with an otm option. There have been 2 trades so far.

Trade 1:
Entry at open on 11th July. (could not buy at close the previous day).
- Bought NF at 5333
- Bought 5300 Put at 55
Exit at open on 12th july (gap down)
- Sold NF at 5270
- Sold 5300 Put at 83
(5270-5333)+(83-55) = loss of 35 points

Trade 2:
Entry at close on 12th July.
- Sold NF at 5246
- Bought 5300 Call at 41.5
Trade still open. SL at 5283, Target 5036
