1. Before getting the Data from the Web, Clear the cache programatically because for some browser there is no option to get fresh data each time.
2. In Charts sometimes getting error because data is not fetched so on error it would resume... You can use the Refresh button to Retry
3. For 2003 versions, changed the file format to GIF

The problem is due to the "Temporaray Internet Files". So try deleting the Temporary internet files from your browser or there are some free tools available like Wipe
Raj, the problem still persists...on opening the excell after clearing the cache...it does not refresh but the contract shows of Aug and sep, but as soon as I manually refresh it it reverts back to may and June contract...
Also the auto refresh does not work...
Plz help...
