Sheershasan is the king of all asanas. So practicing it is some bit difficult. But the % of reward is very high. Each one has their own capacity .So one should find their own limit.
It is better you do this asana affter some practice of yoga and meditation. When in sheershasan the kundalini power should travels to the head and thus will remove the blockages if any. If there is blockage in the lower chakras then the kundalini energy will not pass to the head.In order to clear the chakras, practice of pranayama and meditation is needed.

Some traders prefer Yoga while others prefer sport activities, listening to music, etc. I think that any of them give good benefits for mental and physical state, since they can help with stress release, and contribute to a better trading. But obviously it is up to traders and not anything essential.

Only very rare persons can know what kundalini is.It cannot be studied from internet.it It is spontaneous, natural. It is happening because of right aptitude, rightatmosphere, right action ,right yoga and offcourse of previous birth's karma.Doing yoga in the evening time is not suitable, because then the food is not digested completely
and because of body tirednesA.Yoga is not an exersise. It is a life style.

It is only a relief. Not a bliss.Offcourse it will give prana to the body.It will penatrate to the surface only,to the mind only .Meditation is connected to the spirit. No other activity is connected to it expect sexual union. But it is momentary.Artistical work is also a meditation.
