A married trader many times needs to practice being a ninja, as he would need to quickly dodge the various things thrown at him by his wife :)

This skill is needed mostly in sideways markets, as tredning markets means the married trader needs to practice being a playboy, as he gets what he wants with ease :)

Ramana maharshi of south india had a habit of looking at a distant object to energise
the body with the space energy occationaly while doing daily work of whatever may be.
Maharshi Aravindan had a spent 5hrs for studing and 6 hrs for the sadhana daily.
Almost all spiritual leaders did intense tapas for the fulfilment of their inner thurst.
They were not satisfied with the present condition. They want more experiance.
that is why they did intense thapas. But their whole activities was in align with
the nature's vibrations. So it became like an effortless effort.Like a dance or like
doing painting. They became so much immersed in whatever they are doing. Thus
the whole life became like a celebration. They find that the God dwells in all creatures
and in all innanimate worlds. They saw a single thread that links to every things. So they
realised that they are not separated from the whole universe. That is why their actions
became a celebration.

KUNDALINI PRANAYAMA

"In this Pranayama, the Bhavana is more important than the ratio between Puraka,Kumbhaka and Rechaka.
Sit in Padma or Siddha Asana, facing the East or the North.
After mentally prostrating to the lotus-feet of the Sat-guru and reciting Stotras in praise of
God and Guru, commence doing this Pranayama which will easily lead to the awakening of the Kundalini.

Inhale deeply, without making any sound.
As you inhale, feel that the Kundalini lying dormant in the Muladhara Chakra is awakened
and is going up from Chakra to Chakra. At the conclusion of the Puraka, have the Bhavana that the
Kundalini has reached the Sahasrara. The more vivid the visualisation of Chakra after Chakra, the more rapid will be your progress in this Sadhana.
Retain the breath for a short while. Repeat the Pranava or your Ishta Mantra. Concentrate on the Sahasrara Chakra. Feel that by the Grace of Mother Kundalini, the darkness of ignorance enveloping your soul has been dispelled. Feel that your whole being is pervaded by light, power and wisdom.
Slowly exhale now. And, as you exhale feel that the Kundalini Shakti is gradually
descending from the Sahasrara, and from Chakra to Chakra, to the Muladhara Chakra.
Now begin the process again.

It is impossible to extol this wonderful Pranayama adequately. It is the magic wand for
attaining perfection very quickly. Even a few days’ practice will convince you of its remarkable glory. Start from today, this very moment.
May God bless you with joy, bliss and immortality"----Swamy Sivananda.

Yoga and meditation is the tecknique which leads to the higher stage of thinking or a higher standard of life style..
After some continous practice of yoga especiouly if you started it in your younger age, your body chemistry will became changed, the molecular structure of your blood cell will became changed. Then you cannot think as before you started yoga seriouly. You have been changed both physicaly
and mentaly.Your breathing pattern has been changed.Your energy level has been changed. This will in turn will change your thinking. You will sense a force inside your body which is lulling you allways.
A pleasure wave is flowing allways. You will like to get that pleasure allways. You will like to live for that pleasure and even sacrifice many things for it.That will leads you to a particular life style
which will be different from that of an ordinary person's.You will realise that ,that energy or the pleasure is the only companion and it is the only true friend, because it is allways with you, both in fortune and
misfortune.Truely it is more in misfortune, when in suffering. Then you will like the sufferings for the first time, because it is then that you get more bodly pleasure. You will become more loving then.Due to the development of this hidden force or pleasure you will become a changed person.
You will not fear anything, you will not obey anybody, you will like to live an indipentend life, you will bcome more loving, you will consider all living creatures equally, you will sense a calmness allways, your head will become cool and etc etc.

Walking will stimulate most of the energy centres of the body, particularly the third eye.In "surya namaskara"also the same thing happens. When the breath is inhaling along with bending up and looking upwards
will effect the prana, the subtal energy of the breath will hit the third eye and will activate it.Many of the chakras will also be energised.Surya namaskara should do slowly with a rythum and it is better if you
concentrate on breathing while doing it.When the mind is connected with the breathing process, the prana will flow more easly through the nerves. In Ayurveda, it is said that,if a person walks over 6 kms
at a stretch with a free mind ,his most of the decease will be cured. This is because while walking , the universal energy will enter through the chakras and the prana will flow through the body and it will cure the ill affected part.
