just received a mail that achiivers MVP rates increased from OCT 1 , 2013. This rates increase will affect renewals and new customers only ?

do I need to trade with at least Rs. 5000 to get margin? won't I be able to trade with less than 5000 with margin at Achiivers..

they have not posted/written any such condition , you can confirm by phone to customer care.

What about MARGINS..is it according to SEBI e.g. 5-9 times and differs stock to stock? any software charges as such? DP mandatory for DELIVERY?

^ I think demat account is must of trading in cash segment. It doesn't matter whether you have with the same broker or some other... Even if it's not, I don't know of any broker who would accept our application for account opening...

Yes I too have received the circular from them.

It is not good on their part to increase charges, straight by 50%.
While other discount brokers are reducing their charges, I dont know why they planned to increase their charges at this moment.

However, still no plan to shift to any one else.

no effect on us na ? its only for new / or renewals ?
