Regarding information on NSE, BSE & MCX holidays, we have sent a mail "Subject: Trading Holiday on occasion of Muharram" on 13th of Nov 2013 at 18:18 informing about the holiday to all clients in there registered email id.
Apart from that we have flashed message in dealing terminals and also sent a SMS informing the same to clients in there registered mobile no.

ACHIIEVERS please improve your customers service. your customers service is very bad. inform your client about there plan subscription expiry on their contact number and also information on nse and mcx holidays. you people forget client after taking 3. months advanced brokerage
- You can easily view/know the expiry of MVP from you back office.
- We send reminder email to clients registered email id before expiry of MVP.
- We also SMS renewal reminder to Clients registered Mobile No.
