Hii Hari! Both zone markings are fine. The marked SZ was a low probability zone, it was a consequence of multiple SZs to its left, so the seller's orders were used up quite a bit (although it doesn't mean that all orders were gone! Some orders were still left because of which the upwards thrust from the buying insti was stalled there for many candles).

Yes this is compression! The zones also marked correctly. Only thing is the SZ is already used up with the gap up open today, so low probability short now, but sometimes it can still work, but normally we avoid such zones.
