I am sure that angel has imposed minimum brockerage of rs. 30 on the days your transect. further, all these pool to pool transfer charges also imposed freshly. Earlier, that was not charged. If you are angel client then you just read notice at angel backoffice interface with red letters

Just wanted to update you that Angel broking or for instance No broking house can actually charge more than 2.5% brokerage to its clients, on any given day for trading, as the same has been prescribed by SEBI/Exchanges. Please recheck fundamentals. Besides, pool to pool transfer charges are not something new and are being levied by many broking houses viz., MOSL, India Infoline, Share khan etc. .. I am 100% sure on this. So chill!

I am an Angel, Share Khan, MOSL & Edelweiss client & as suggested have checked the notice available at Angel Back-Office for the same. Request you to please read the sentence again It says, minimum brokerage charged on any given day is Rs. 30 or 2.5% of the traded value, whichever is lower. That means minimum brokerage chargeable is 2.5%. Besides, Pool to Pool transfer charges are levied by all above mentioned broking houses........ Cheers!

It mins if I trade 5000 old broking stancher I pay [if my plan 0.25] 12.50+ other service charges but from 1st jun 2010 I must pay 30 Rs.
Thats not good deal.it charge 0.60 %!!!!!!!!!:annoyed:.What a good cheep brokerage & good service :lol:Today icicidirect.com charge 0.50!

Any one hear advice me vary good truly cheep broking service ? no had-an charges please.

I opened my account with Angel yesterday...
But after that when I was having a chat with them I came to know that they dont offer any BTST in equity...

Am totally confused now.. Actually one of their representative even said that they do support..

Are you angel user?? Please let me know whether they provide it or not..

Exchanges in India currently follow T+2 rolling settlement which means If you sell 100 shares of Reliance today(TUESDAY) at Rs. 1000, then you have an obligation to submit/pay (Pay-In) 100 Reliance shares & receive(Pay-out) Rs. 100,000 on T+2 day i.e. THURSDAY. Now, Lets consider STBT case, wherein you bought 100 shares of Reliance tomorrow at Rs. 990 i.e. on WEDNESDAY, then you have an obligation to receive(Pay-Out) 100 Reliance shares & pay(Pay-In) of Rs. 99000 on FRIDAY. Since you are unable to fulfill your obligation of 100 shares of Reliance on THURSDAY, Clearing houses at NSE/BSE would initiate Auction on FRIDAY(T+3) to buy 100 Reliance shares from market participants for the original buyer. STBT is very much possible in Futures & Options. Hope to have clarified your query. Do let me know in case you have any further queries. Cheers!

Earlier also it was costly, but for scrips less than Rs.100/- cos they were charging minimum brokerage on these scrips which ends costlier even than ICICIdirect. I was avoiding trades in small scrips. I tried Infoline for some months but TTAdv sucks. Now will say final bye to Angel as well as Infoline. Will like to try IBulls now if cud negotiate with them. Lets see....

I have read the balance sheet of most of the listed brokerages, the yield they have shown from client's trading volumes in their P/L account is far higher than the brokerage charged by Angel.... I have tried negotiating with few brokerages, but at the end of the day they all are same(including other charges in one form or other). The value I find in Angel is a best service and a fastest response time. It maybe due to my relationship manager. Nevertheless, please share your experience with Ibulls and the rate you are able to get from them--wish you all the best!!!

Hi , I zeroed on opening an account with Angel.
They said .30 on delivery and .03 on intraday.
These charges are not Percentage Brokerage.
These are the charges per every transaction what ever be the amount.
Is it true? or Are there any hidden charges.

No, I assume u understood wrong or the person who told u himself don't know.
They are % brokerage calculated on your buy/sell transaction amount.
