Angel broking: Cheap brokerage and excellent service.

Does Angel like they advertised really have tieups with 19 banks ? And is the RM facility as good as Indiabulls?
They do have a tie-up with 18 banks for on-line transfer, plus their RM setup is far better than IB. They were awarded Brokerage with the largest network by Dun & Brandstreet. I have been dealing with them on-line as well as offline, I find their service excellent. They have the best quality assurance team in the industry.

Their new ODIN application with intra day charting gives you tick-by-tick charts for past 5 days. I am not a sales person, although I realised while writing, I am sounding like one. But, I am really impressed by their service, hence thought to share my experience with you.

can i see the screen shots of nifty historical chart(5days).can we see the historical chart in the time frame of 5-15-30minutes.
 
today i spoke with angel executive anden i d how they explain abt services seems it a good firm now i see real how much it transparent when i deal with them but i heard from all persons thats why i moving from iifl to angel hope for some good service.....:clap::rofl::)

Recently I open account with Angel.
I think TT Advance is quite lightweight as compared to Odin.
I initially got 5 paisa brokerage for buy and 5 paisa for sell. I did not start trading. I insisted for 1 paisa, today they offered 2 paisa for buy and 2 paisa for sell.
I am hoping to get 1 paisa brokerage soon.

Hi can anyone help me how i can start a new post i want to start a thread related to devidend declared in 2nd quarter.....so people can add company and ex date of devidend.....i read somewhere that wipro declared devidend 3 rs and effective date is 16-06-2010 but till now i not received it......

2.Once more issue to clarify is the security because elsewhere on this forum someone has some doubts because the branch did not ask authentication with giving the payout check. How is the security?
3.Also how much time does it take to get the payout.
4. What is the quality assurance all about?

Angel has a unique system of assigning RM to each online account, these RM are physicaly in the branches which are in clients proximity. Hence when the system is down, we can call this person who knows us personally, second, if they have any vital information to be communicated when we are not logged in, they touch base us. They call us to give their fundamental calls--they have introduced a service called "pick of the week", every Monday they come out with two stocks to be invested for a short-term and a long term investment: RM calls us, sends sms, and a flash on our trading screen. Having a person been tracking our activity really helps.

On the security issue, there isn't any, I take online transfers, and it is in hours, I have not seen any delay in pay outs. I think a physical payout takes 24 hours to process.

With regards to their Quality Assurance Cell QAC, it is the best response team I have seen yet. They respond to our queries online, and if we have any grievance and we write a mail to that team, we get a response in a reasonable time. All in all, they are a professional team and I really like working with them. Of course there are sometimes I get frustrated due to delay in response to my query, but compared to another brokerage, I find them active and concerned for clients. I hope this helps to understand my broker better.
