This linkage with bank accounts is really good since only very few offer it.
1.Any additional advantages of their RMs? This is one aspect that is not discussed much.
2.Once more issue to clarify is the security because elsewhere on this forum someone has some doubts because the branch did not ask authentication with giving the payout check. How is the security?
3.Also how much time does it take to get the payout.

Thanks VijayDT, you are well informed of Angel would appreciate if you could clarify the above to the best of your knowledge.
Angel has a unique system of assigning RM to each online account, these RM are physicaly in the branches which are in clients proximity. Hence when the system is down, we can call this person who knows us personally, second, if they have any vital information to be communicated when we are not logged in, they touch base us. They call us to give their fundamental calls--they have introduced a service called "pick of the week", every Monday they come out with two stocks to be invested for a short-term and a long term investment: RM calls us, sends sms, and a flash on our trading screen. Having a person been tracking our activity really helps.
On the security issue, there isn't any, I take online transfers, and it is in hours, I have not seen any delay in pay outs. I think a physical payout takes 24 hours to process.
With regards to their Quality Assurance Cell QAC, it is the best response team I have seen yet. They respond to our queries online, and if we have any grievance and we write a mail to that team, we get a response in a reasonable time. All in all, they are a professional team and I really like working with them. Of course there are sometimes I get frustrated due to delay in response to my query, but compared to another brokerage, I find them active and concerned for clients. I hope this helps to understand my broker better.
