HELLO SIR BUT HERE PROBLEM WHEN I M DOWNLOADED THIS SOFTWARE THEN RUN THIS AFL IN MT4 BUT ISSUE IN HERE SOME VIRUSES COMING ON MY TERMINAL

It might be a false positive because some of the indicators other than sonic are premium paid systems and educated for free use. So there is a possibility of detection from AV as virus. Just add it into exclusion but makesure its either .EX4 or .MQ4 and not .exe. Post the screenshot if further doubts

this NG chart with brick size 20. if very small brick size repaints and it is similar to 1mnt chart. here noise removed and indicators work better
