I appreciate, surya_sun.

REMEMBER, EVERY US Citizen has lost his/her savings of life by more than 60% from last year, 2008, because of the GREEDY CEOs of big FIIs making millions in bonuses, Financial brokers and financial advisors at the expense of US working citizens.

These US citizens :annoyed:will not see their past 'retirement egg nest' of the same size for another 10 to 15 years.

SO these FIIs are greedy and can do anything overnight!!

Re: Type of Investor: LONG Vs SHORT TERM

Yeah right, the transition from trader to investor occurs inevitably in many cases. It generally goes like this:

Attempts intraday, faces losses but does not want to book loss. So then he goes for swing/position trading after reading some articles or news on "Business & Finance" thinking that he is better equipped "this" time. Again faces losses. Frustrated by that, he now tries to read as much as news he can. There he comes across some Rakesh JhunJhunwala clipping that says "Rakesh is bullish". So now he thinks that since the legendary trader and investor is bullish, he should also have a bullish view. Then he randomly comes across a article which quotes another legendary trader or investor saying "Good profits need patience". So he consoles himself and feels that he is too impatient and that he must hold the shares for quite some time. Now, he has successfully graduated from trader to investor who is now happy with annual dividend compared what he might have earned by trading.

Re: BROKER'S ADVISE or SELF JUDGEMENT on INVESTMENT

Enough of gyan.. My suggestion is always to go for independency
i.e. learn the rules of the game and take Self decision. If they can do it,
then have confidence in yourself that u can also do it.

Happy Trading
Thanks, my suggestion to all is as above too.

No takers for this well known company that keeps India running
