As per RBI norms Dollar 2 lac limit cannot be used for Leveraged prodcuts. Nobody is guilty till caught ! It is better to be safe than sorry ! Why get into RBI troubles and get into interpretation of norms in a way to suit our perception.

Also it has to be understood that any operational or legal issue with such Forex broker will not be settled easily as also we are taking risk on solvency of those Forex brokers.

One has to take all such risks into account before deciding to plunge to forex trading on overseas platform.

How many of us (retail traders) in here is having 2 Lac US$ trading a/c?

How many has been ARRESTED till date for trading Forex with overseas brokers? .... do provide the name of information sources where these arrests has been stated.
