1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(s,20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidence in normal case also.

Plotted Minifty instead of Nifty just for one reason the high in Nifty was
shown in 5371.50 since morning. It was not correct.Anyway plotting either
of them does not matter.

On a chopping day it will be useful. On a Strong trending day the outlook may
be different ,as I mentioned in my many posts.]
I know.. I know.. you have mentioned it before.. but just being grumpy, ain't I ... Anyways, today's worm highlights the fact that we need a combination of worm with some go with the flow kind of strategy..

With my IQ, I need some indicator to tell me whether it is a choppy day or a trending one :(

Except for the slight bump up after 1400 which caused a doji on the daily.

No indicator in the world foretells a day going to be a trending or choppy.
You can a get a feeling of choppiness by observing the difference between
2 consecutive Y-axis readings. As a thumb rule if the difference is less 10,it
is a choppy day and more than 10 means strong day.It also depends on the
size of the graph also.
