This is something new from your side :). So far you have advocated using only the current session's chart, which basically reduces one's trading session to 11am-2.30/3.00pm.

I have not used KST much because I don't understand it much :).. but sharekhan seems to rely on it bigtime.
TP,

Somewhere I mentioned that there is nothing wrong in using Previous Day
data.It flattens the chart only.Between 9.15~11.00 (on 5 min TF) we do
not get any BBW signals. It always better to have SOMETHING than NOTHING.
After 11 AM better to stick to Today's data only.

In this example we have 1.OVAL shape & 2.Narrow Neck. But Breakout is missing.
Of course we should not expect break-out EVERYDAY.

I personally found RSI,ROC and KST fall in the yield same results.

1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidance in normal case also.

6.If candles are sandwiched between OUTER of BB(20,1) and INNER band
BB(20,2) then ride the trend .

7.If either ema-2H or ema-2L is cut twice by either BB(20,2),BB(20,1) or
SMA-20 in quick succession ,it indicates a END of a trend.

8.Continuation is indicated if both ema-2H and ema-2L are cut by SMA-20
and/or BB(20,1) and/or BB(20,2).

9.If the trade goes against you and if the divisions on Y-axis is not more
than 10,in that case you can add ONE or TWO trades, atleast 5 points apart.
(Or as per the volatility on that day).

We had a "N" type previous day.It was better captured if we take into account
CURRENT day samples alone. The reason being,if more samples were taken into
account ,the CHART gets compressed.Notice the difference between
Y-axis division spacing 7(if current day is taken into account) and 11 (current+
previous). However there is nothing wrong in taking previous day's data till
1100AM and at 1100AM we have to take a decision ,whether to continue with
the trend or square it off ,based on BollingerWorm rules.

This is a PUT GRAPH of 4th MAY.PUT graph is just mirror image of
Normal graph.
You can see not too-formed EGG,NECK and BREAK-OUT,
which earlier I mentioned.

As you have seen CANDLE breached LAXMAN REKHA(SMA-20) at 1500hrs
as indicated comprehensively. It did breach at around 1100 also ,but it was not
convincingly

Please bear in mind that it was a PUTGRAPH..
