1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidance in normal case also.

6.If candles are sandwiched between OUTER of BB(20,1) and INNER band
BB(20,2) then ride the trend .

7.If either ema-2H or ema-2L is cut twice by either BB(20,2),BB(20,1) or
SMA-20 in quick succession ,it indicates a END of a trend.

8.Continuation is indicated if both ema-2H and ema-2L are cut by SMA-20
and/or BB(20,1) and/or BB(20,2).

9.If the trade goes against you and if the divisions on Y-axis is not more
than 10,in that case you can add ONE or TWO trades, atleast 5 points apart.
(Or as per the volatility on that day).

Today, they look like two very different pictures. Columbus, for today's chart standalone, would you say that it was a "V" kind of shape ??

Again, the chart as seen at EOD tells a different story from the general mood of "green days are back". It was an inverted "V" shape (shape No. 3 as described in Post No. 20 of this thread).

Seems like it is more useful to view the worm in continuation with the previous session. Today there was the oval, a very small neck and a virtual breakdown from which the nifty didn't recover fully till the end. I guess those who had overnight longs made some profit, but the others hardly got a chance a few scraps, if any at all.

Edit : The index finished the last hour with an interesting double bottom, which normally portend an upside, but OTOH the RHS of the "W" didn't cross the middle leg, so we are also left with a possible double top :(

It was an "V" shape (shape No. 6 as described in Post No. 20 of this thread).

Note : Columbus, I hope I am right about shape no. 6. Or was it Shape No. 1 ??

Hardly matters as long as money is made out of it. If a person enters at
1100AM it was Shape.1 ,if a person enters previous day it was Shape.6.
