Long trade filled, move stop below 5303 on futures. Multiple lots not traded here as market is far away from value.

Long trade though has made any gains has some positive news for it. The value zone has moved up to 5326-5307, a gaining value zone is an advantage to the long trade.

Move hard stop below value zone on closing levels.

Move hard stop to 5310 on closing levels. Market holding at high levels.

Move hard stop to below 5313 on closing values. As stop moves up, market is moving down. Hold to the position. Market will close with bullishness for the weekend.

Hard stop moves up to 5316.00 thereby reducing our risk in the prevailing long trade to 44 points, still a long way to go. Market has closed strong and shows strength of continuation.

On entry keep risks lower at below 1% of your capital, as the position gets fully loaded it will rise above 2% of the capital. Do not trade more than 3 positions on each time frame or more than 6 positions in a single time frame. Once we have more positions, we cannot give personal attention to the stocks.

Using this phased entry technique, we get lesser loss if the position is a false break or if the stock makes a false attempt and snaps back to bearishness.

From the top 10 stocks of each Sector that an economy is divided into, which comes to a total of 100 best stocks of a country (nothing in relevant to CNX 100), this week we have 51 stocks among them trending Bullish. This is a sure sign that our market will reach new 52 high's soon.

One more interesting incidence found here is that among the Sectors that have the highest bullish trending stocks is ENERGY, FINANCE & HEALTHCARE while that which is lagging are TECHNOLOGY and BASIC MATERIALS.

ENERGY had been an under performer for quite some time and has changed its direction now. HEALTHCARE leadership is obvious when any market is undergoing some sort of a shift.

A small finding which we came across and thought would be useful to the fellow traders.

Among the Weekly calls , ICICIBANK & IDEA filled first entry. BHARTIARTL lagging on the first day of the week, but the entry trigger is valid for the whole week.

Of the daily call TATASTEEL, has moved into 1st add on. Now the stop moves to 475.15.

NIFTY trades up following the global markets, but stays subdued along with the peer group lineup. 5400 holds a very strong resistance on the NIFTY, hence it needs a strong momentum push to break 5400. With the Index coming out of incubation it should have the required power to move up. We trade as per signals generated by our system.

Value zone moves up to 5343-5321, our long trade position has began its risk reduction process and the chart patterns indicate continuation of bullishness.

NIFTY makes its attempt to the resistance and turns down, trend continues to add strength. 61% of the index is trending at the 11.00 closing today. Value zone moves up to 5326-5349. Hold on to long position.

Value zone moves to 5329-5351. Market has taken faster retracement from resistance. Trader be cautious, though the Index is holding 61% trendiness, bullish strength is not encouraging.
