Hi All,

SRF - keep target for 180

The Reliance Impact - here is a report

But even as Anil sings hosannas about RIL's gas-gold, broking house Kotak Institutional Equities Research has waded into the rise in the company's share price on Monday.

In a stinging report, titled Reliance Industries - What to do now?, the brokerage said it just cannot understand the rise in RIL's share price.

"The 25% surge and the $14 billion addition to market capitalisation over the past 45 days has left us stupefied… by the growing gap between RIL's current valuation based on its stock price and our valuation of its extant businesses," the report by Kotak analysts Sanjeev Prasad and Gundeep Singh said.

"Our questioning of RIL's valuations may seem heretical but it may help look at the building blocks of Reliance's current valuation without failing prey to orthodoxy. We find the street's dogmatic faith in the stock's performance alarming," the report added.

The broking house has valued the share at Rs 1,375, compared with Rs 1,775.25 which was its Tuesday's close.

That's great news!
I was on vacation and saw this news in one of the newspapers few days back.
But, by the time, I am back, it is down and today it is down by nearly 7%!!
So, what is our strategy here? Do we hold or sell?

And I have a query regarding NIRMA.
I have few shares of Nirma at Rs164 and today it has gone up by nearly 20%!
Can you please guide me here - is it good to hold or sell?
