From what I know, formal speeches of leaders are always prepared in advance and each word is vetted before hand.... If that is the case, Modi would have to memorize the entire speech before hand - Considering the busy action packed schedule of the PM, it does not seem likely....
Secondly, your point is apt. However, the camera angle is taken to clearly avoid the teleprompters. Surely, they cannot show a leader reading from the teleprompter. That is plain and simple logic.

The way food is eaten and wasted in weddings is an eye opener for everybody because extra food has been prepared to make sure everyone is well fed knowing the fact of their expected wastage. People like to taste everything as much as they can take
i m from small village at gujarat, but now a days at marriage i think more then 50+ food items. ( all Veg)food likes: Gujarati thali, Kutchi thali, chinese food, Pujnabi food, Bombay or Delhi Chaats + South indian + cold drinks + ice creams + pastry cakes and last ' khaike PAAN banaras wala '
some time leftover foods distribute it among the needy and the homeless otherwise at dustbin
