There will be no separate railway budget from next financial year, putting an end to a practice that started in 1924, with the finance ministry agreeing to the proposal to merge the transporter's annual exercise with the general budget.

Recently sports minister Vijay Goel/his sidekicks were in the news for misbehavior at the Olympics Village staff, and got shown their place. Shahrukh Khan was in the news for his arrogant behavior while in the cricket stadium while in Mumbai, in contrast to his repeated detention at US airport, he has had to make do with a docile attitude. What is it that makes celebrities, even people misbehave one time, and eat crow? For e.g if taking a flight abroad, all passengers will duly obey the cabin crew's instruction and sit down till the plane stops at the gate. But the same set of passengers, will disregard instruction of the cabin crew, and in an inbound flight, will scramble to get their baggage from the overhead lockers while the plane is taxing its way to the terminal gate... It's as though there is a million rupee prize to be handed over to the first few people out of the plane. :lol::lol::lol: Maybe someone will analyze this change in behavior patterns while in the country and another out of it.

This reminds my school days .

My school is very strict, On exam days we should not wear Tie, Belts, shoe/shocks, even the vest/banian is not allowed. Before entering the hall every students pockets will be checked by teachers. All staffs are women except the school bus drivers and Watch man. If they had doubt, Then drivers take the suspect to a room and check the briefs :lol:

Coming to SRK matter,
From security point of view, they should see every person as human (bound to do mistakes) not their status/backgrounds. They are doing their duty. As usual media is doing their DUTY

I am from Industrial backgrounds. In some industry, low paid security guards has right to frisk the high paid CEOs. Sometimes the MDs will volunteer themselves to frisk them to make examples and to remind their rights.
